I’m looking forward to connecting with you!

I’m lindsey!

It can sometimes feel easier to see ten steps ahead, rather than seeing what is right in front of us. As someone who is navigating life for the first time and discovering different parts of myself I haven’t met, I often find myself asking the question, “What now?” Therapy can provide a space to receive support and connection while overcoming all that life sends our way. I specialize in working with women of all ages who are navigating identity/roles, health related issues, perinatal/postpartum, and grief and loss. Let therapy be a space where you feel safe, seen, heard and most importantly, a space to be able to be fully yourself without the expectation to have it all together and figured out. I believe that therapy is deeply rooted in the foundation of genuine and authentic human to human connection. I strive to cultivate a warm, safe and validating space where you are encouraged to come as you are. I use an approach that is tailored to you and your experiences, as therapy is not a ‘one size fits all.’

In between sessions…

…I’m scrolling through Facebook Marketplace (likely for something I didn’t know I needed), saving recipes off of Instagram reels, or taking a moment to step outside and get some fresh air.

Outside of the therapy office, you can find me at the beach, a farmer’s market, spending time with loved ones, or trying out new coffee shops/restaurants.
