I’m Ashley!
A fellow self-proclaimed people-pleaser and recovering perfectionist.
I know firsthand what it’s like to set impossibly high expectations for yourself—and actually meet them (most of the time). But I also know how exhausting it can be to hold it all together. That’s why I believe the most important part of successful therapy is a strong, supportive relationship between therapist and client. At LifeTherapy, I specialize in working with Gen-Z and Millennial women who are tired of doing it all, and tired of being the “perfect” friend, daughter, wife, or mother. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through on your own.
In our therapy sessions, you’ll find a warm, supportive space where you don’t need to have it all figured out. My approach is compassionate, validating, and solution-focused—so you’ll feel heard and leave with practical tools to create real change. You’ll get confidential, personalized care in a safe, relatable space you’ll actually look forward to. Together, we’ll help you feel more confident, less anxious, and truly empowered.
In between sessions…
…you can find me doing what any Millennial or Gen-Z girly would be—scrolling Instagram for therapy tips, cooking hacks, and funny relationship reels (most of which I send to my husband!).
Off my phone, I love spending time with family and friends, going to Pilates, grabbing an iced coffee, and hanging with my goldendoodle, Sailor.

I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I am licensed as Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I am member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
The modalities I am trained in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I tailor every therapy session to you personally. Meaning, I take an integrative approach, blending different therapeutic methods based on what you need most in the moment.
This is a space for driven women to quiet anxiety, let go of unrealistic expectations, and finally feel like themselves again
