Thanks for being here!
Iโm EMILY!
If youโre someone who feels like you should have it all together by now - but instead feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like youโre falling short - youโre not alone. As a Gen-Z and Millennial therapist, I understand how heavy the pressure can feel to succeed, keep everyone happy, and still somehow feel confident in who you are. Many of the women I work with are navigating people-pleasing, perfectionism, and uncertainty around relationships, career, and what their life is โsupposedโ to look like. Iโm especially passionate about supporting women through life transitions, processing grief - whether from loss, unmet expectations, or identity shifts - and exploring how family-of-origin patterns continue to shape their relationships and sense of self.
In our work together, I strive to create a space where you donโt have to perform, have it all figured out, or be anyone other than who you are. My approach is person-centered and relational, focused on creating a supportive and validating environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Together, weโll work to understand the patterns that may be holding you back - from building the relationships you want, to speaking up for yourself, to taking meaningful steps toward the life youโre hoping for. My hope is that, through our work together, you experience not just insight but meaningful growth and healing that allows you to feel more like yourself again.
In between sessionsโฆ
โฆOutside the therapy room, you can usually find me at the beach with my husband and our dog, Lacey, iced coffee in hand. I love trying new recipes or crafts (with mixed success), spending quality time with family and friends, and taking sunset walks to unwind after a full day.
As someone who understands how easy it is to get caught up in the pressure to "do it all", I value slowing down and making space for joy in the everyday moments.
